The Internet has opened up many new avenues for recruiting, addressing some old problems, but creating many new ones. Managing access, selection and optimized use of these new services (recruiting sites, 40,000 job boards, 100’s of background screening, testing & assessment services) is a major challenge to most corporations; a challenge that Hannibal has successfully addressed.

Our first step towards optimizing the use of the Internet was to recognize that recruiting is a people-centric application. It would take more than just another website; a blend of people, technology and services was needed.
